rtc

Most of visitors will say Ferry services is the best traveling way for pleasure and sightseeing Croatia coast but according to the economy and others facts in this country, most of touristic ferry lines are available during summer season only. Exceptions are international lines and those which connect islands and their citizens with the land. The most popular line goes from far north, Rijeka town at Kvarner bay to the south, passing by almost all of the Croatian islands and reefs, stoping at Split, Starigrad at Hvar, Korcula and Dubrovnik. That journey lasts 24 hours but, be sure, at the ferry you have all contents you can require to. That line is under company Jadrolinija, Croatian biggest for Adriatic's marine.

The most important lines are those international between Ancona in Italy and two towns in the middle Dalmatia – Split and Zadar. Both lines are there whole year and most of the cargo from east goes to the European Union used that ways. BlueLine Ferries is an Italian company managing this line also. There's few Italian companies – Snav – with 38 fast catamarans maintain links with Split and the one of top touristic destination, island Hvar. Adriatica Ferry – another passenger shipping line sails between Ancona and Split and also connect Trieste in Italy with Umag, Rovinj and Brijuni islands which is so called „Linea costa Istriana“.

Sanmar Ferries goes from Italian Pescara and other towns to Split, Hvar and few more destinations at the coast and Azzura Ferries goes from Bari to Dubrovnik.Beside Jadrolinija, important Croatian companies are Jadroagent, Lošinjska plovidba and Korčula Ferries which mostly regulate domestic connections between islands and land, lines are available during whole year and it's a part of everyday life for domestic.Sem Marina Ferries is croatian shiping company which is also have its presence at the Split – Ancona line. Of course, there's international lines along the Croatian coast which goes further, to the Greek islands and there's one more little proof about degree of satisfaction in using that kind of traveling.
